Yoga Classes (Strength and Mobility)
(Suitable for Everyone)

One-to-one personal training sessions focused on strength and mobility, based on individual needs.
Sessions are scheduled by appointment and coordinated with the coach.
 
Monthly packages include:
  • 4 sessions (once per week)
  • 8 sessions (twice per week)
  • 12 sessions (three times per week)
 
All sessions are scheduled within the same month.
